About this business
At Roma we pride ourselves on quality and service and have since the early 1900's. Three generations have owned and operated stores starting with Grandpa Peter, his son Joseph and grandson Peter Impala. Our first store started in Boston at the end of WWI with Peter's California Fruit Exchange. The success of Peter's first store helped facilitate his second in Alhambra which opened its doors in the 1950s.Roma Market then moved to Pasadena.
