My partners orders the baked ravioli about once a week, the chicken Parmesan is excellent, and I love all the picattas… garlic knots on point as well. I’m from NYC and I approve. My only beef with Roma is closing so early every night!… and online ordering cutoff inconsistent with management instructions.

Ordered online and got home to find our fettuccine noodles had absolutely no sauce. When we called to let them know, the man who answered was incredibly rude and dismissive instead of trying to help fix the mistake. Errors happen, but bad customer service is what really ruined the experience. We have spent hundreds, if not thousands, of dollars here and the attitude that we were met with was absolutely ridiculous and uncalled for.
Aggressive Manager! Not sure why their operating system does not function properly, but I was chased down in the parking lot and yelled at requesting "How was the service?". I said it was great, and the manager accused me of not tipping, and I did. But as soon as I get into the restaurant both the manager and the front desk woman repeat I did not tip.
