I bought one of the Milano adjustable length necklaces on a whim because I literally break every silver chain I own and because these were reasonably priced and adjustable. While my dog did get her paw caught and broke my first necklace, I loved it so much I ordered another one to replace it ... I have bought from Roma for years now, lots of products. I bought necklaces and anklets. The necklaces are beautiful, and I love that I can change the length so that no necklaces are on top of another one. Show them off I say!!

Janelle with customer service has been an absolute delight, and I’ve experience some of the best customer service that I’ve ever had from her. I received a text message informing mw that my package had been delivered to my mailbox. I was not home quite yet so about 2 hours later I swung by and realized there was nothing in my mailbox. I double checked usps tracking information and it also said it was delivered. So I messaged customer service and let them know I didn’t actually receive the item.
