Great experience. Staff and doctors well prepared, kind and able to make you feel comfortable and in the right place.
I put off Lasik for so many years and finally had it done this past summer with LasikPlus. The entire staff was so welcoming and informative. The procedure was very fast and Dr. Rom was very calming and made me feel comfortable throughout the experience. I am so happy to have 20/20 vision after decades of depending on contacts and glasses!
You only have one set of eyes, so why put them in the care of the best team around? From the initial handshake to the post-op meeting I was treated like family. Dr. Rom was EXTREMELY kind in guiding a typically nerve-wracking process into a ten minute walk-in the-park. His steady voice was very calm, gentle and reassuring every step of the way. Everyone in the office was friendly and accommodating, especially Lori!
