Beautiful homes in a great neighborhood!
I strongly advise against this builder. From the very get go, the sales rep Katie treated us like we were an inconvenience. I believe Rolwes took our money before they were actually ready to. They didn’t have plot plans or lot sizes etc, which was the first issue. After weeks of requesting to see lot sizes and plot plans they were trying to charge us to change our lot, after we were told we’d get an extension since they were waiting on the plot plans for the city.
