My husband and I had a very nice experience when getting our house built. We had plenty of ways to get into contact with the necessary representatives and the representatives were very informative. We didn’t have any trouble and all our questions were always answered. It was smooth sailing process and we highly recommend if those seeking to build.
I am finally at the closing stages of my home with Rolwes! I have worked closely with Crystal and with Kylie this entire time. I did my official final walk through with Kylie yesterday and it was nothing but a dream experience. She was thorough, which as a first time home buyer who is pretty ignorant of the process I was intimidated going into the meeting; her thoroughness had me leaving my new home confident, knowledgeable, and incredibly joyful.
