While I did not purchase anything from rolox, I did have the owner of the business call and apologize for a situation that happened, not only that but offered to send me a gift card. While I can not accept his generous offer of sending a gift card, I really do appreciate the thought. I don't think I've ever had a company call and offer to fix a problem above and beyond like this. we may have them come do work after all. Thank you again.

We were concerned with the change in hands that our windows would not be covered by warranty work. Rolox worked with us to help us continue to have coverage for a window that needed warranty work. We hope to continue to have a good relationship with them in the future.

I highly recommend Rolox. I've been a client for almost 12 years and they have come thru for me time and again. A special thanks to John Gaffney for taking care of my endless questions - always solving the big problems for me. And to Pete and Randy who have come out to make adjustments when needed. You can't go wrong with Rolox.

As a single female home owner, I have to be skeptical when trying to find a contractor to do any work on my home. Rolox Home Service really put me at ease. They are not only trust worthy but they actually care about the customer. I had new windows installed in my basement and I liked the work they did so much I had them come back and side the upper portion of my home and install new guttering and soffits. Rolox just completed my tub to shower install! I couldn't be more pleased with the result. They have quality material and service! From the owner Dave, to salesman John and installers Phillip and Chris. I am so happy I have a new door from Rolox scheduled next....can't wait!!

My wife and I are enjoying our new walk-in tub! We just had the whole bathroom completed in about a week! It looks amazing and she no longer needs help taking a bath! The whole project easier and more affordable than I thought! I would recommend Rolox to anyone. Mike
