BEWARE. The negative reviews you see are real. My incidents occurred in the end of August and beginning of September. Though I've had MRIs and doctor's orders to see an orthopedic. Nothing has happened yet, and now I'm being completely ignored. I've made daily and weekly calls to reach someone to no avail. Once they get a hold of your case. You no longer matter.
I made the mistake of using these guys for my workers comp case. I sent all the information to them that they needed, but somehow the evaluation by the dr. Got overlooked. So when we were in final negotiations we went in with Mr. Rolnick not having the evaluation by the dr. Be cause the SECRETARY he had contacting me about my case dropped the ball and didnt check for it. I was not happy with their communication or the lack of effort put into my case.
Do not Use this law firm stay away from Andy Nelson And Mr. Roni, very dirty company very dirty law firm they completely threw my case out Because of incompetent lawyers Stay away, I beg and pray that you stay away from these people
BEWARE. I’m definitely disappointing myself for not reading those reviews before signing the paperwork to make them my lawyer. Here we are two years later still no update. I’ve called every week after being told I was going to be assigned a new case manager. At this point, I’m under the impression of these people will just take your cases as well as your money. BEWARE.
