80% of the repairs done at Rolltex Computers are done for \$88 or less, I personally handle all of the complaints and can usually smooth things over, 'all I can give is everything back an have done so'. I don't believe Molten was a customer of ours and if he was and thinks \$88 is too expensive he can't afford to own a computer anyway. Molten is most likely one of our competitors trying to make us look bad. I want to thank Rolltex for their knowledge and speed in repairing my computer. This was my business computer. I had several important documents and financials on it, along with all the pictures of my newborn. I was surprised to get it back so quickly and my bill was a lot cheaper than I expected. That is uncommon and made my day. I was happy to find all my information was still there and the problems are gone. They were very informative and really educated me on the issues I was having. Rolltex is a very talented group of individuals, and as such they deserve to be paid fairly. However, I am far less inclined to pay that sum when Im treated like Im stupid. Whats more, I am accused of intentionally sabotaging my own computer which was defective the day it was purchased. Im very dissapointed and not very likely to return.
