I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Mark and his entire staff. Everyone here is incredibly professional, thorough, and caring—they truly go above and beyond expectations. I never expected a dentist to personally call me after an implant procedure just to check in and see how I was doing! Dr. Mark genuinely cares about delivering exceptional work, but more importantly, he cares about his patients' health and well-being. He is a top-notch, truly excellent dentist. Highly recommend!
Great top notch service, Dr. Mark is very friendly and makes you feel at home. Tori did a great job with the cleaning! Very delicate yet very efficient. Have gone to this location for quite a while and I will continue to go here. Also all other staff especially the girl at the front desk (sorry I forgot the name) are excellent and very welcoming. Keep up the good work!
First time visit and I thank each and every one of you Ednaliz, Sue, Gabriel and Dr. Shah for turning a difficult day into such a positive experience! Very kind, patient and reassuring through the entire process. I can tell they genuinely care about their patients and I left feeling relieved. Thank you all so much again!
Dr. Mark did a wonderful job with a tooth extraction. Much better than a previous experience at a different practice. He personally followed up with a phone call the next day to make sure I was feeling okay. Amazing!
I just love Dr. Mark and his staff. He always explains things thoroughly but especially wants to know how you are doing. He’s so personable. I also like his knowledge of everything that I had questions about and I recommend his service highly.
