One star even too generous ... service below a ZERO! Ordered Crimsafe door and hurricane shutters in May. In July received text asking me regarding service as if job already completed. Have been trying to get status information ever since. I finally received call in August to set up installation appointment on 9/11. I confirmed appointment 2 days prior.
