I am unsure this is a viable company. Five weeks ago I scheduled a service call for our Rollsafe hurricane shutters to have the maintenance completed before hurricane season. Yesterday was the long awaited appointment with two technicians arriving between 8-10AM. I received a call the night before that they would be an hour late. They never came.
