This is my 4th Rolls Royce and my first time using this dealership for service. My car is brand new and had an issue. I dropped it off and they had to order a part for the car. Car was repaired and they called me to pick it up and let me know the 2026 Rolls Royce had been sitting outside and was dirty. They claimed they no longer offered free car washes.
