I went undercover and had a friend’s vehicle serviced here this summer. There’s definitely room for improvement when it comes to ordering parts, making timely repairs, and getting loyal customers back on the road. My suggestions: be upfront and honest from the start, and make daily phone calls if there’s an ongoing issue. That said, in the end I wasn’t charged anything and everything was made right. It was a rough experience overall, but the resolution earned a solid 5-star ending.

I went undercover and had a friends vehicle serviced this summer. Lots of room for improvement on getting parts, making repairs and getting your loyal customers back on the road! Suggestions: be honest early and often, make DAILY phone calls if there's an on-going issue. But I was charged NOTHING in the end and all was made right. 5-Star ending but was rough.
Sales force is very knowledgeable ... test drive was great ... two people brought me a cup of expresso coffee.
This is the absolute worst service department I have ever encountered. You will receive better service at Honda. I “assumed” that world class service came with owning a Rolls Royce, but clearly I was wrong. Owning a Rolls Royce is now a major inconvenience due to the (lack of) service available in the Beverly Hills area.
