My husband bought a 2024 RR Spectre last year and it has a serious drivetrain malfunction defect. The car broke down on us in the middle of the road at 11pm in downtown Atlanta. The SOS button was connected with someone who obviously didn’t care that we were in danger and never dispatched roadside service. I had to call 911 and call the manager of RR of the corporate office to wake him up and pick us up. My husband paid over $600k for this car and I refuse to ever ride in it again. This place have no class in this high end dealer. This African man is rude & did not acknowledge me & my brother. He assumed my brother did not have the . Its terrible to "ASSUME". This African need to be fired. RR is losing customers.
