They are as shady as their dealership is. I brought the car in with display screen issues. The screen literally wouldn't light up by the time I brought it in and they said there was nothing wrong with it. They also broke my key fob and didn't tell me so when I picked up the car, the keyless entry wouldn't work. When I told my salesman this, his answer was "well you have buttons on the key fob that you can push," as if somehow that makes it okay. Just purchased the vehicle a few weeks ago and had a couple minor issues. Braymer, the service manager, took care of everything on the spot. He was very friendly and knowledgeable, but honestly, I hope I never have to see him again, lol!
