The staff and councilors at the Salem office were fantastic! I truly appreciate their professionalism and willingness to help. Thank you all!
They seem really disorganized. They will state they are calling for an intake and then not follow up at said time. They also will offer appointments but then offer them to other clients so that appointment (that likely you already adjusted things for) is no longer available. Today when I did get a call for an intake I just told them I was all set after finding out my appointment time was no longer available and another appointment was "confirmed" that I had no knowledge of.
