The new management has really turned things around! I was ready to put in my 30 day notice before they came in. The new manager is always so approachable and understanding and ready to solve any problem I have brought to her attention. All of the staff has been so nice and you can really see that they care about the maintenance of the property now as the technicians are quick to come out and make repairs when needed. 10/10!! Great job bringing in a new team!

Update: I wanted to update my previous review because things have improved significantly. The management team made a real effort to fully assist all the tenants with the parking situation and worked to make sure everyone’s concerns were addressed. At this point, I can honestly say that the property feels much more peaceful, quiet, and comfortable. I’m extremely disappointed with the way this apartment has been managed since Gracie became the manager. Her attitude and the way she speaks to residents comes across as incredibly rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Residents should feel respected and comfortable communicating with their property manager, but unfortunately that hasn’t been my experience. One of the biggest issues is the pool hours. Lived here for 3 years. Security is an issue and the residents are generally unfriendly. My car windshield was recently completely cracked by a large rock while parked inside the complex. I suspect other residents might be responsible, but I can't confirm it. Management brushed it off and claimed it was just an "act of nature," which I really doubt. They didn't seem to care much or offer any real help. Be careful with your vehicles if you move here.

I am updating my review from last. New property company it sucks the manager does not respond to emails or call back. Corporate supervisors their phone voice mails is full can't leave message. This manager does not care regarding tenant noises above you even reported. No security whatsoever and the price is ridiculous to pay. Step up manager of you want people to live and stay here. I am thinking already to move out once I found a place.
