NEW MANAGEMENT COMPANY IS TERRIBLE! They barely want to fix anything. You gotta damn near argue with management to get things done . Never had to go through that with any other rental manager we EVER had . Kids play on your door constantly. They got several complaints from me & several different residents in my building but yet still haven’t cared to get down to the bottom of who’s kids is playing on people doors . great neighborhood.. it’s just when you need to get things done at the rental office it gets so confusing. the rental office makes up their own hours and rarely in the office. they do not be open 5 days of the week they are only open from Monday,Thursday and Friday. Well today it’s Thursday I tried to go handle some business and guess what no one’s in the office. On the day they supposed to be in they don’t so it’s like playing cat and mouse with them you gotta catch them when you can.

Been a resident here for YEARS very nice quiet place but the management is terrible there’s always someone new in the office with new rules every time terrible communication I have very rude neighbors 1 that lives on top that just bumps all day and night sound like wwe above my head one across from me who just blast music all day n night one of the company tried to come through my window nothing was done by the rent office they have no control on anything they don’t fix or update anything but yet I’m paying $1000 plus in ren... read more
Very unprofessional how they handle rent. Hallways and building are disgusting very disrespectful neighbors and the rent office does nothing about it wouldn’t recommend!!
