Bad News.... Fraud Artist Rolling Wheels Inc is a fraudulent dealership with a F rating with the BBB. I purchased a 2002 BMW M3 with 37,000 miles thru the ebay site on !2/11/2011 for $18.800. The car had a clear FL title and carfax report. The vehicle was described as one in perfect cosmetic and mechanical systems and was personally tested and driven by the salesman.
