We booked a party for my son’s 9th birthday and ended up having to reschedule due to the weather. (Extremely high winds that would not have been safe to travel with the trailer) The owner handled this situation so well. He contacted me as soon as possible to let me know they were not going to be able to make it. He apologized numerous times even though it was 100% out of his hands and was available for us to reschedule the very next week.
