Stacy of Rolling Schield Inc, failed to honor a brand new front door Shield that we purchased two years prior to hurrican Milton's strike, even though never used and the warranty exspired when Milton hit us..They still charged me $195.00 for service to correct the damage caused by the failure of their product! We have been long term customers with Rolling and have previous purchases of over $ 10,000 plus recommending them to others...Too, we had poor service from their salesman David Rattery even though we helped him persona... read more

so far have only gotten so far as to place an order. But that process was done quickly and easily . Our sales person, is Patrick,very friendly and knowledgeable and efficient.
Patrick was verry patient and knew what we wanted . He explained several options. We are pleased to say the materials are made here and the waiting for instillation is shorter than other companies. We recommend rollingshield.
