Buyer Beware! Whee to I begin? Five years ago we built a waterfront home in Fort Myers Beach and let me tell you, every fall when we come down, we have problems with our screens. They never work right. Trouble for 5 years, takes them 6 weeks to come service them. They can't get them to work and then when they finally do, the next day, they are getting stuck on the tracks again and even come off the track. Do not use them. Great response to our service request. We were leaving to go back to Ohio and service tech Russell immediately responded to our request and fixed a minor issue with our electric shutter. Great to work with a company who provides service after the sale.
