We had to move our mother our due to lack of care, medical staff not administering covid medications when needed and less than 30 day notice of a $2000 rate increase.
Our Mom just moved in to this residence, My brother and I decided to join her for their family evening. What fun! The staff are friendly, caring, kind, and full of energy. Entertainment accompanied a delicious German meal of yager schnitzel or brat with sauerkraut. Seating encouraged conversation while all of the staff (including the chef) walked around visiting at the tables. Thank you, Volante, for a delightful evening!
Everyone is super friendly. A big family. No one left behind or ignored. Great attention to the little details. I look forward to visiting more often!
I am highly pleased with my mother's transition from Sage Valley to Volante. Nate, Jenny, and Debra form an exceptional team. They treat the facility as if it were their own home. The atmosphere is inviting, nurturing, and filled with compassion. They are diligent and responsive in meeting the residents' needs.
