Chef Dave is awesome! He takes his time, teaching every step of cooking, while making everyone feel welcome. We’ve attended two classes, one for pasta and one for sushi, and we can’t wait to go to another. I highly recommend the Rolling Pin Emporium for your special cooking needs. We are thinking about trying the Chef’s Table event, just because he’s that great. Five stars.
Love the classes and all the merchandise - all of it is wonderfully unique.
