Dear Rolling Park, On 09-22-2017 I sent you a comment and asked for a reply. On 08-25-2017 I sent a comment and asked for a reply. I have yet to receive a reply or a call. So this is now my 3rd request on 10/20/2017. " This is very hard now. I use to able to change or choose the amount I wanted to pay or split it up between my paychecks. I have lived in Woodlawn-Windsor Mill for more than 30 years. Never have I lived in apartment where the management will tow your car or, the car of your guest just for being on the property. Residents and their guess must have a parking pass. The management, will issue you 2 guess passes. So, if you have 3 guess the third person may have their car towed away! Am I the only one in Rolling Park thinks that this rule is EXTREMELY UNFAIR to its residents?
