I was checking in and the girl at the front desk (who was not helping me), was talking to her coworker (who was helping me), in Spanish. She must have assumed I neither knew what she was saying, nor that I speak Spanish, but I found it extremely unprofessional, especially since it was not about anything important (the food she’d been eating during the day!) � I also called in the morning, prior to my afternoon appointment. My tech for my cat scan was so caring and professional. He explained everything he was doing and why. Great experience.

Walked in for a pre-surgery x-ray with no appointment. Ready to wait 1/2 an hour or more. Quick check in and 5 minutes later I was in the x-ray room!
