No fuss. Got in and out quickly. Everyone was pleasant and accommodating.
I was able to get an appointment with Rolling Oaks Ventura office For a CT scan the same day. The staff was very friendly and the office very clean. The CT scan took less time than it did for me to fill out the 3 pages of information. I have used Rolling Oaks office in Thousand Oaks and was equally happy with their service.
The wait was too long for just a five minute X-ray. All of the staff were excellent and very friendly!

I had a bad experience with Rolling Oaks Radiology. It took over 1-1/2 hours just to get a simple chest X-ray. The Receptionist helped collect my information but was interrupted every few minutes to answer the phone. She also was very hung up on my doctor’s diagnosis of leg edema and the need for a chest X-ray. She tried to call the doctor’s office but they weren’t in. I was waited on immediately on arrival and only waited a short time to have my x-ray done. The technician was very efficient, helpful and I was finished and on my way quickly.
Very friendly staff. The estimated wait was a hour but they were able to get me in about 20 min! I wouldn’t go anywhere else!!!
