If my insurance allowed, I would choose a different facility. They insisted i had a mammogram within the year I had to insist that was not the case so they went back to the computer, and realized I was correct. Always seem to be lacking common sense and willingness to dig deeper
RecommendedService was good. Employees were helpful and respectful. I was in a wheelchair and they were patient and helpful. They also got me in the same day.
The staff was friendly, compassionate and professional.

The service I received at the Ventura facility was more than exceptional! Both Steves that work in CT scans did everything they could to make sure I was comfortable and made sure I understood everything that was going on. Unfortunately, I had to have this procedure don 3 times do to another facility that gave me the wrong barium! But in Ventura I was definitely in good hands! Thanks guys, you were great!
I’ve been going to Rolling Oaks for years now. Wouldn’t want to go anywhere. The staff is so nice, helpful and professional. I give them a 10+ out of 10.
