Rolling meadows of Enid. I would not recommend this place at all. Property is trashy,illegal drug use/traffic,constant sewage issues,no repairs,some have no heat,no working a/c,entire rooms with no power at all,non working electrical outlets,and every unit share hot water heater with unit above.unclean,unsafe,and unworthy.
