I HAVE LIVED IN ROLLING MEADOWS FOR 13 MONTHS I CAN NEVER IMAGINE NOT LIVING HERE IT'S QUIET AND COZY AND FRIENDLY. I HAVE A PATIO THAT I HAVE DONE SEASONAL DECORATING. FLOWERS IN THE SUMMER AND FLOWERS FOR FALL, I CAN NOT WAIT FOR THE HARVEST MUMS TO PLACE UNDER MY LARGE LIVINGROOM WINDOW. I HAVE TREES IN FRONT OF MY APARTMENT WHICH IS GREAT FOR SUMMER HEAT. The unit I'm leasing is clean, comfortable, has ample storage including an attic, has flowers planted in front of the window, has great maintenance staff, and the manager is efficient and responsible returning calls not just the same day but often the same hour. This is a quiet and small apartment community. A couple of years ago it was not this way from my understanding. Barbara the property manager is horrible. Comes into your place when ever she wants. They broke the handle off of my new TV stand because the maintenance guy tried to remove a refrigerator by himself. None of these units I believe I insulated all the windows are about to breakout. They don't update anyting. They temporary fix whatever is broken. then when it's cold you're going to be told to leave your cupboard doors open so the pipes don't freeze and show all the cold air in your coverage get out and then you have to pay el... read more
