I made an appointment to come look at one of their properties as a prospective tenant and confirmed the date/time with Traci the office manager. After driving 30 minutes there I found the office was closed - a no call/no show on behalf of property manager. Emergencies happen, I get it. But a simple call or text to reschedule would've gone a long way towards keeping my prospective business and avoiding this one star review. Thanks for wasting my time and gas
They are well kept but they discriminate against kids the property manager purposely points and picks on kids for no reason she told my kids they can’t color outside with chalk “on the ground” it makes the place look bad. What is that? Then continues to tell them they can’t play outside in the lawn no flowers in the way just grass so what’s the issue my issue is why do you yell out of your car window at kids instead of coming to the parents that’s the law you are not to address a minor without a parent or attorney present so... read more
I've been here Over 5 yrs. The Office personal have always been friendly and helpful. The maintenance man is beyond great always there to help.And always goes beyond what you need. Friendly and fixs it right always cleans up any mess he made. Apts are bug free , clean ,and lg.master bedroom. Lawn always maintained. People friendly also. Highly recommend this place. Also Smoke free and No pets. Perfect for me.
Grandma lives here. Pretty nice place!!
