Kraig was very friendly, professional and super helpful in taking care of some RV problems I had. He shared his knowledge and was very efficient in his repairs, which saved me quite a bit of money.
Kraig at Rollinghomervrepair came to my campsite and looked at my problem a/c on the roof. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He replaced a capacitor after checking things over. The a/c works fine for now but he said the long term problem was my compressor wasn't getting enough amps and would eventually fail. He went home and did research and identified what I needed. He sent me thorough information with part #'s etc. He said I may want to wait until spring...so he wasn't at all pushy. Very happy with Kraig.
