Improve communication with the staff and only do authorized work on clients animals. Normally a great place, have taken my animals here for years, but my most recent experience really raises questions on if I will be able to take my animals there in the future. The staff provided unauthorized shots and treatments on my animals and then said my wife was lying on what they had discussed. I have been taking my two cats to this clinic for around 14 years. Like any medical facility, the staff have little control over the flow of patients, and things can become rushed at times. But our cats have always received excellent care. I can recommend this wholeheartedly!
Dr. Stormer is an amazing and caring vet and her techs are helpful and kind. This week, she saved my dog’s life for the second time. A few years ago, after treating my cat during the end stages of cancer, she came in on her day off to put him to rest and comfort us. I’m so grateful to have this wonderful clinic to help us take care of all of our fur babies.

We have been going to Rolling Hills Animal Hospital since we moved to Columbia in 1999. They are like family! I love it when I call, they know exactly who I am and all of our fur babies! They are the best!!
I didn't need any additional reasons to love everyone at Rolling Hills. They have always taken such amazing care of my animals and recently went above and beyond when I had to put a beloved rescue down. Not only did they make me this adorable footprint to remember her by but they also mailed me a sympathy card with a lovely handwritten note from Dr. O'Neil. I have never had anything but the best experiences with the entire staff and I wish I trusted everyone with my pets as much as I trust them.
