RecommendedRolling Hills does not feel like an income based community. It is quiet here; I have seen zero riff-raff. The apartments are nice inside. zero pests/bugs. Even the carpet is nice. The lawn and garden geds are always kept up with. There is always staff walking around picking up any trash left out. The staff is respectful, up front, and does not tolerate rule breaking..making for a quiet peaceful and safe environment. Any minor issues that I have had were fixed or straightened out immediately. 10 out of 10 would reccomend.
Rolling Hills is a fantastic place to live ! The office staff are friendly and very efficient at their job and the maintenance staff work hard at keeping things maintained and running well... The few minor issues Ive had was taken care of immediately with no problems. I would highly recommend Rolling Hills to anyone that wants to live in a place that takes pride in their surroundings and the comfort of their tenants...You guys are awesome !!!!!!😊
I really enjoy Rolling Hills! The staff here is very efficient and good at what they do. Sometimes I feel like I can barely get off the phone by the time the maintenance crew is already fixing what I was calling for!

not happy here , the rules are ridouclous and unfair, i hate not being able to ave a waher or dryer,
