My first visit (and last) visit to Dr. Fein's office was very disappointing. Upon arriving, the questionnaire required was the most detailed I've ever experienced, often with unnecessary questions, and takes about 20 minutes. Most of the information is already held in a few other health networks I've used, but his office evidently doesn't have access to it. She always takes the time to listen carefully to my concerns and thoroughly explains both my condition and all of the treatment options. I never feel rushed during my appointments and she prioritizes both my comfort and making sure I fully understand everything before moving forward. My daughter has been dealing with a lot of skin issues ever since she had strep April 22 and then had strep and flu May 7th all in a matter of 14 days. Dr Lauren Nguyen contacted Dr Fein on my behalf. Dr Fein told us to come in and he would see my daughter. I was so grateful that he would see us that day. Upon arriving the front staff was very pleasant and helpful. We waiting maybe 5 minutes before we were taken back. Within minutes Dr Fein had come in to see my daughter.
