People complaining about noise , it's a condo that's a given. Walking is not a nuisance actually complaining about a family just living their life is more of a nuisance. Be kind to each other.
Great development to live in with nice beautiful grounds and a nice clean pool as well. The management was improved and some other issues was improved as well.
If you have someone living above you, you will hear EVERYTHING LOUDLY. Walking, stomping, banging, talking, their TV, even flushing the toilet. When the heat is on in the winter, all you will hear is BANGING of the pipes non stop directly above your head.
