If you have someone living above you, you will hear EVERYTHING LOUDLY. Walking, stomping, banging, talking, their TV, even flushing the toilet. When the heat is on in the winter, all you will hear is BANGING of the pipes non stop directly above your head.
For anyone looking to rent or even buy a condominium here, DON'T! You will hear your upstairs neighbors walking as if they are going to stomp through the ceiling! Your neighbors will also hear when you even go to the bathroom or move a muscle! For the amount of money they are charging, you would think you live in Harlem. Constant thefts, break-ins and police activity. No one wrote a true review about the living situation here. But, I wish someone warned me and my family!
