Physical therapy side: They are amazing they allowed both kids back with me. Im a stay at home mom and home school both my children. So both are with me pretty much 24/7. It was nice that they understood and accommodated. Both kids sat there quietly and everything. I appreciate the kindness of the staff. The physical therapy is just that physical. Extremely unprofessional and rude, the workers have no compassion for the patients that are coming in and out of the business doors. I called to extend my appointment by 10 minutes because I was running late and it took them 35 minutes to call me back. Meaning I not only missed the appointment but when rescheduling they scheduled me 2 months out on the phone I laughed and then went directly into the office and I’m still waiting a month to even get worked into the office. I love and appreciate Rob soooooo much on the mental health side. I just had the best appointment with Alexander and Shannon. Love them both so much! It made me inspired to buy light cigarettes instead of regular. Thank you.
