Extremely unprofessional and rude, the workers have no compassion for the patients that are coming in and out of the business doors. I called to extend my appointment by 10 minutes because I was running late and it took them 35 minutes to call me back. Meaning I not only missed the appointment but when rescheduling they scheduled me 2 months out on the phone I laughed and then went directly into the office and I’m still waiting a month to even get worked into the office. I love and appreciate Rob soooooo much on the mental health side. I just had the best appointment with Alexander and Shannon. Love them both so much! It made me inspired to buy light cigarettes instead of regular. Thank you.
One of the most worst Dental Offices in Northern California, they always schedule wrong and they are always rude. I had to sit in the room for about half an hour just because they didn’t schedule the right appointment.
Polite, accommodating, and patient. I always feel comfortable here.
No complaints as far as the dental side. i do however reccomend the behavioral health side. Staff is great! Brittany always goes above and beyond to make sure everything goes as smooth as possible, especially when you can have a complex situation like ours.
