They never answer there phone
No communication between anyone. Hard to get appointments. I had to go to someone else for an extraction then they didn't change my appointment to a filling so it was a waste of an hour of my time. Im so disappointed with how I was treated today and the amount of pain im in since they did a filling right by my fresh extraction. I guess thats just how it is when youre poor.
...its a dental CLINIC and its also a government (welfare) entity, tho ANYONE with or without insurance can b seen here. Dental appointments tend to b FAR between visits due to lack of dental staff and too many patients. Easily accessible parking, with a decent amount available. They "offer" emergency services however with this being a CLINIC immediate relief from tooth aches, chipped teeth things u would see a dentist for an emergency visit will STILL require an appointment that usually is WEEKS away. This dental clinic is the worst to have dental work at. They are very unprofessional in their jobs. The dentist there are pull happy and will make you wait months to have simple fillings done all while your in constant pain and your teeth are getting worse and over time. They wanted to pull teeth that were supposedly non fixable but after seeing yet another dentist there found out my teeth were well with in saving and didn't need to be pulled after all. I've always had a really good experience on the physical therapy side of the rolling hills casino Red Bluff office. However when you call for medical the front staff is quite short, and at times rude. They have one doctor available to take new patients and their booking out 6 months plus.
