The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because of rent increases every year. Other than that I’m pretty happy living here. The repairs get done when needed and when you have any complaints about something or another tenant (s), they always try taking care of it.

Not a bad budget friendly apt. Its relatively quiet and the tenant's are all respectful and kind to each other.
