If I could give a 0 star rating I would. The apartments are infested with bugs!! I'm not the only resident saying that either. You have anything from roaches, bedbugs, gnats and spiders. They quote you 8 to 900 when you move in then they jack your rent up. The one month we couldn't afford our rent they evicted us!!! We always were able to pay rent but that one month. Oh and not to mention the mold. If you need a decent place to live, look elsewhere for your own sanity. Sincerely, pissed off resident.
We’ve not had air in our apartment for three weeks. They took away our laundry access but still want us to pay 1100 a month. It’s outrageous that we have to spend $100 plus on laundry at the laundry mat plus pay to live in a sauna
Read your lease very carefully upon moving in. Also maintenance HAHAHA you'll be lucky to get your stuff fixed within a month of the 'work order'. Also apparently if you live there currently there is a 'hidden NDA' and you can't talk bad about apprarment. Granted I was 'lucky' in living in one of the newer buildings. The place is a shit show and management doesn't give a shit about you. You are dollars for them.
They are basically slum lords. Paint peeling and falling from ceiling, the pipes are old, (have to come to snake shower often), paint chips from tub “glaze”, their pool isn’t open even half of the summer (it was green 2 months out of the summer last year), and now we can’t even have a washer and dryer in our unit. Have to sell washer and dryer in 18 days. They have the connections just can’t maintain old pipes and clogs. We will be moving soon.
