No hot water in december and maintenance refuses to address the issue
this is not a good place to live. constant water issues, we had to take cold showers for several days while waiting on hot water heaters. bugs constantly, not very clean overall. paid my last months rent when we moved out, but got a letter saying we still had a balance and would only be getting $57 back from deposit. i paid what i was told to pay for my last months rent. they lied and just stole my money. DO NOT RECOMMEND! Does not even deserve 1 star
I’m absolutely APPALLED. I came in a few weeks ago to talk about putting in an application for housing. I spoke to a woman in the office, she seemed very professional during this interaction and I thought it was going to be a perfect fit for my family. BUT when I came back again this week, I believe it was slightly after hours (my mistake) but I saw the same woman I spoke to LITERALLY having sex in her vehicle. I’m so disgusted. 1 star is 3 too many. One of the worst experiences I've ever had renting. Excusing Maintenance, which left a lot to be desired, the real issue is with the main office and company. Signed a lease for 750$ a month rent and within 6 months was paying upwards of 900$ and by the time wife and I could finally leave rent was 1100$ a month. Checklist-ing what they say we were paying for it never made sense, unless we were paying the original 750 a month. I don’t live here but I have taken several orders here & it is by far a HORRIBLE apt complex! The sides are falling off, the windows are broken, took a package to an “indoor space with steps & it’s HORRIBLE, dirty, nasty and it smells disgusting!!! I am definitely going to call Don Dare on these apts because the price of rent is RIDICULOUS for these nasty apartments!!!
