I’ve lived here for almost 10 months, and have had many problems. I had the breaker go off in the kitchen and food rot after spam calling for emergency work orders, where they did not arrive for almost 18 hours. Then I had been parking in the parking lot adjacent to my building today and my vehicle was towed away with no notice at 5 am on a Saturday where the office was closed because of “no parking pass” when my vehicle is the only one of the lease for my residency. I lived there for two years and loved the apartments but hated some of the maintenance issues and I moved. The place I’m in now costs half as much $ again and I can’t open my windows and have no sweet little porch. I prefer Rolling Hills to many other apartments.
THIS COMPLEX WILL DO ANYTHING THEY CAN TO GET YOU OUT! - Don't waste your time with these corrupt people. -They don't dispatch maintenance. -They made-up random lease violations so they could enstate a 14 day eviction notice. They did so after we fought the office for weeks trying to get them to remove the roach infestation from the next apt. Msg me if you'd like more details on this terrible complex
I really appreciate rolling hills apartments . Maintenance the respond and fix what needs to be done. The people at office are very understanding. I appreciate all workers for their service. The groundsman keep grass cut and everything. Great place to enjoy living. Just grateful. Nobody is perfect they do their best to make everyone feel happy and enjoy where the live . Rolling hills is where it's at
My honest review after living here for a while is it’s full of family’s and hard working folks. Kind neighbors go along way. Management is attentive, but maintenance is scarce. Legally you can hire outside contractors if the apartments aren’t taking care of a problem, we were accused of threatening which was really surprising and appalling getting such a hateful response..
