I’m absolutely APPALLED. I came in a few weeks ago to talk about putting in an application for housing. I spoke to a woman in the office, she seemed very professional during this interaction and I thought it was going to be a perfect fit for my family. 1 star is 3 too many. One of the worst experiences I've ever had renting. Excusing Maintenance, which left a lot to be desired, the real issue is with the main office and company. Signed a lease for 750$ a month rent and within 6 months was paying upwards of 900$ and by the time wife and I could finally leave rent was 1100$ a month. Checklist-ing what they say we were paying for it never made sense, unless we were paying the original 750 a month. I don’t live here but I have taken several orders here & it is by far a HORRIBLE apt complex! The sides are falling off, the windows are broken, took a package to an “indoor space with steps & it’s HORRIBLE, dirty, nasty and it smells disgusting!!! I am definitely going to call Don Dare on these apts because the price of rent is RIDICULOUS for these nasty apartments!!! Looking for a place that fraudulently charges you for damage they caused by not being prompt when emergency maintenance requests are made? Then you have found the right place.
