Love this low income apartment but too much stealings and the manager can’t do anything about it. Even if u file police report, they can’t do a thing bc there’s no evidence. Don’t leave stuff in ur belcony bc ur neighbor will climb up there and steal it at night. Cars stuff get stolen every week. If u hv trucks, ur neighbor will slide down there taking out whatever available. Always keep ur door locked ! Don’t trust or be nice to anyone bc they will envy what u have.
