Can someone from this apartment please contact me? We currently have NO heat during this winter storm. I have called several times with no answers or updates from dispatch. We have gone 1 day with no heat and we have children freezing. It is currently 45 degrees in here, are we supposed to go the rest of this week with no heat??
No communication, more than once there's been no 24 hour notice. Have had water unexpectedly shut off ,packages stolen, and our vehicle keyed. I also wish they wouldn't mow the grass down to nothing but dust.When it rains it's one big mud puddle. Most of the staff are nice. Just a couple people that need to work on their people skills. Overall it's just ok. Could be really good with a couple of tweaks.
