Poor upkeep and management. I’ll give one maintenance guy Chris credit he was a good guy and tried to do what he could to get management on board with fixes that were needed but other than that I would not recommend. More dog friendly than kid friendly and the laundry never works. Sandbox full of weeds, cigarette butts and cat poop. Furniture thrown out sits for near a year when it’s left out by the trash bin and the picnic area was knocked down by neighbor hood kids and sat for months as well. They just don’t care.
