Great Management! Management at present we have a very professional, caring manager. For some time we did not have quality management. Also the property appearance greatly improved. Maintenance professional and are of the best. Very alert and conscientious.

If you are looking to move to Castle Rock try some where other then Rolling Hills!!!! Any Where other then Rolling Hills!! Tjis Place is a Dump in Disguise! – I moved into Rolling Hills on January 18th 2008, It ha been the worse apartment experience I have ever had. It all started at my lease signing when the leasing agent mis quoted me for two bedroom apartment and I showed up with my deposit and first months prorated rent and Found out the she had quoted me for a one bedroom apartment.
