These people sent out an email lying to me and my wife saying that there would be multiple units available July and August. We did a $180 application fee. Then another surprise fee came after the $180 application fee pops up. We called and was told the app fee was non refundable and there was only 1 unit coming available in June. Charging people a holding fee for a waiting list. Gave false info about what was available. And now im out $180 for no reason.
One star is giving too much acknowledgement (wish I could give 0 stars) for the amount of harassments I have been through in the last 2 years of living at Rolling Green. Lived a total of 5 years at this property. When management changed roughly 2 years ago things took a turn for the WORST. Jennifer & Jomy have made it the MOST unpleasant place to live. I was a tenant that did not have payment or neighbor complaint issues but when Jomy & Jennifer took over management all of a sudden they kept getting complaints from "neighbor... read more
I’m glad that I chose to live here. Not only is the rent affordable but Jomy the office manager has been an absolute delight as she is very attentive and responds to any questions or concerns that I may have in a very timely manner. Maintenance requests are handled promptly and professionally with routine inspections to make sure everything is working as it should. I would highly recommend.
