Giving this place even one star honestly feels generous. I lived in this property from 2018-2026 / From Oct 2018- October 2022, and during those years the community was actually a pleasant place to live. The property was in much better condition, communication with the office was easier, and overall management seemed more organized and attentive to residents. our ac is constantly breaking. the people who come and fix it talk on the phone SO LOUD it has woken me up from my sleep more than once. when we first moved in there were ants everywhere, the carpets were so dirty they made your feet black if you walked barefoot too long. our fridge has been broken and leaking for months. today i found bugs in our freshly ran dishwasher. our washer and dryer have broken countless times.
DONT MOVE HERE! A lot of hidden fees, cannot reach anyone from the office, and when they reach out to you it’s always a special occasion 🙄 and not in a good way. So, I’ve been paying my rent with money orders for the last 3-4 months and NO ONE in the office ever told me that I could not pay my rent this way. I was looking for an apartment a few days ago, and I was looking around the complex was kept really clean, so I asked the property manager for a tour of The apartment building. Jomy The apartment manager was very helpful and very knowledgeable about the complex. She was very nice. and helpful.
