Paid $300+ to have my torsion spring tightened and one cable drum rewrapped. The tech was supposed to have a replacement part ordered "that might take awhile" and come back to fix it but never came. So I give them a year, I call back and they tell me they can't order the part again unless I pay 29.99 to come see what part they need to order. 29.99 to come press a button, after I spent 300+ dollars.. Do not waste your time calling this company. They do not complete the services paid for. I called them 4 separate times and each time they promised it would be taken care of and of course no one contacted me or showed up to resolve. Find any other company, this one is extremely frustrating to deal with. Here is an update, tried to call the number again today (that I've already called 10 times) but they are now claiming that they are a locksmith company not garage door company. I would recommend them because they do a great job.
This company came to fix my garage door and now is like new.
My garage door wouldn’t budge open; no matter how hard I tried or how much time I invested into trying to open it. The garage door technician and his partner had the proper tools to do so and they gave my door a nice tune-up.
