This place is a joke I spent 15 minutes waiting while the manager argued with 2 employees then I have to wait to be taken care of after they finally go to the office to finish their argument. Been coming here 7 years not anymore horrible service.
Don't ever go here!!!! They broke my seat and never told me, so if I wouldn't have tried to adjust my seat I wouldn't have known until later. When I asked him to fix it he told me to wait another hour or come back another day. The customer doesnt come first there obviously because that should have been first priority because they broke it!!!! And The wash was so not worth $30! So I called and asked to speak to a manager and he was so rude. MORAL OF THE STORY. Do not go there because they do not value customer service.

Worst car wash experience ever. Over charged and didn't complete services at all or did the services totally inadequately. I will not recommend or be back. I just spent $100 here and still need to have my truck detailed.
I have come to here on several occasions for a full synthetic oil change which is suppose to come with a detail service. Today, the Manager lord and said he cleaned my car himself. It was obvious the inside had never been touched. I HATE being rushed from a service I’m paying for. I do not recommend this location anymore. Customer service is key to any business. Great service is what I had the previous time so this below par service is not gonna be tolerated.
