I have lived here for 2 years now and I just want to give the maintenance staff credit for doing such a great job keeping my apartment safe, up to date with inspections and maintenance orders. Esteban is our maintenance manager, and he is always so friendly, accommodating to my requests. He is a reliable and hard worker, always going above and beyond. Thank you!!
Run!!!! If you even think you’re going to get your security deposit back, even after paying rent on time for 8 years and never having a complaint against you , you’re sadly mistaken. The place looks like a dump with trash all over the grounds. Police there every day to arrest someone, Rent increases at least twice a year. Gates haven’t worked in 3 years. No electricity at the car wash. No entrance to gym. The pool is closed more than it’s open and there’s never a reason why or a reason given for it.... read more
Run.. Don't Walk but Run! I lived here 2 yrs, it was horrible. My bedroom smelled like weed literally all the time., living here will make you want to smoke it... Trust me find another place, that's actually for families. This is not it! You hear literally Everything from your neighbors...the pool was closed more then open, and this was before Covid!
