It’s a fine place but go elsewhere. 90% of the menu was unavailable and the food we received was amazing but took about an hour. Felt a bit touristy trappy.
Good food but kinda trash that it’s located inside of a bar area? Idk every time I tried to pick-up food I always get asked for my ID by a bouncer. I’m a young adult (brain almost fully developed) and don’t drink AT ALL. I live near by and when I’m on my runs and want to get food before I run home, obviously I don’t have my ID on me this time so I had to leave. Told him I’m just trying to get the food to-go and he said it doesn’t matter. Really sucks but I guess I’ll stick to one of the many other bbq places in Austin. 🫠
Brought 4 adults and 1 child to this location at 5.30pm on a Saturday we were turned away at the door, citing that no children allowed. Asked if there were any options, and they said we could order take out, but we're not permitted inside. So when they say they are "kid friendly" it's absolute BS.
Great smoked meats experience! The pork belly pieces, barbacoa taco, brisket, spicy slaw and potato salad were all 5 star. Excellent dipping sauce. Great meal, live location!
