Food was amazing!! Brisket Mac an cheese an sandwich but the wait was over a hour long ... if it wasn't for that long, I would definitely rate it a lot higher from (wisconsin)

I visited Rollin Smoke BBQ and it was exactly the kind of BBQ experience I was hoping for. I tried their Prime Brisket (sliced, smoky, tender) and Pork Belly Burnt Ends, plus sides of smoked mac & cheese and spicy slaw — everything was rich and packed with flavor.
