I posted a full review on Tripadvisor (it hasn't been published quite yet), but I had to come here and give a double thumbs up to some awesome barbeque!!! I kept thinking of the song "Nobody Does It Better" LOL We'll be back every trip!!!
The food is amazing here. The smoked brisket and sausage is always my go to. Plus the portions make a great snack for later.

The food steals the show in this restaurant. Due to the popularity with the locals, the establishment is under strain to keep up. Food: 10/10 - This is where this establishment shines. True barbeque. The brisket and ribs have smoke rings in the meat and the building smells great when you walk in. Great value! You get a lot of food for not a lot of money. My friend Lee along with his sons have THE-BEST-BBQ over at Rollin' Smoke! I have never tasted brisket so good! I would recommend to anyone looking for amazing food.

First timers in Vegas & our limo driver, Brett, suggested this place. Best BBQ sauce I've ever tasted!!! I could drink it from the bottle how awesome it tastes The meat is sooo tender & full of flavor even without the sauce. Whatever you order you will not be disappointed
